You must advise the consultant at time of booking that you would like to enter the $200 Cash Reward Promotion.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prior to commencing the treatment the client must complete the Cash Reward Promotion Entry Form. 2. Any number of family members can enter the Cash Reward Promotion. 3. All family members accompanying the client must be checked in the salon prior to commencing the Cash Reward Promotion. 4. Client is to be checked in the salon by an accompanying adult, after final screening and while in the presence of a Senior Treatment Consultant, prior to leaving the salon. 5. Accompanying adult cannot inspect the client until after the final screening by a Senior Treatment Consultant. If the accompanying adult is persistent and interrupts the procedure, the client will be immediately excluded from the Cash Reward Promotion. 6. Any nitz found in the hair while in the salon, have to be attached to a strand of hair on the head and not found thereafter, or after the Guarantee Disclaimer has been signed. 7. The Cash Reward Promotion excludes re-infestation after the initial treatment and once the client has left the salon. 8. The Cash Reward Promotion excludes the 7 day screenings as clients can get re-infested in this time, while at home or in school surroundings. 9. Upon completing the treatment the client will have to pay the service fee that is applied to their treatment as confirmed by a treatment consultant. 10. The Cash Reward Promotion does not guarantee that you will not get head lice again, it Guarantees that we will get rid of all the head lice and eggs in one treatment. 11. Clients with dreadlocks or extensions are excluded from this promotion as we are unable to comb out the lice. 12. Clients with extensions will need to remove them, to be treated. The client is then eligible for treatment and entry into the Cash Reward Promotion. 13. The client being treated must remain in the designated chair while undergoing the final screening. 14. The client must remain in the salon throughout the duration of the final screenings. 15. Children that are difficult to deal with, who do not cooperate and do not complete the treatment due to behavioural problems while being treated are excluded from this Cash Reward Promotion. 16. Clients that find lice on their clothes or on their body are not entitled to the Cash Reward as the lice is not on the head. The lice must be on the clients head, and must be removed by a Senior Consultant as proof. 17. If a client has an accompanying family member that has head lice and refuses treatment, the client is excluded from this Cash reward promotion. This is subject to a possible transfer of head lice while in the salon. 18. Any client that is seen to be cheating, or trying to plant lice on a head, will be excluded from the Cash Reward Promotion immediately. 19. The Signed Client Form Guarantee Disclaimer excludes No More Nitz from any cash reward payout or liability. 20. The signed Cash Reward Promotion Disclaimer Form excludes No More Nitz from any cash reward payout or liability. 21. This Cash Reward Program is not to be used in conjunction with any other in-salon promotion. 22. Treatments and Prevention Products will be charged at the full service rate if lice and nitz are not found. 23. Clients are not entitled to any discounts on treatments or prevention products upon entry of the Cash Reward Program. 24. Treatments and Prevention Products can only be paid by Cash, EFTPOS, VISA or MasterCard.
